His projects, including FreshWater Development and Logan Farms, are setting new standards for residential living in North Carolina, while Seacoast Classic Homes continues to make waves with luxury builds on Kiawah Island, including multimillion-dollar oceanfront estates.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Eric holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Business Law and Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate broker and licensed commercial general contractor in North Carolina and an active Urban Land Institute Community Development Council member.
When he’s not leading groundbreaking developments, Eric enjoys watching women’s lacrosse—especially when his daughters play—coaching middle school football, operating farm equipment, and pursuing his passion for business aviation and rotorcraft.
